Kevin Finch, Madonna University

Kevin Finch, a second year Communication Studies student at Madonna University, is a student leader active in issues of poverty, education, and human disparities. For the past two years he has worked closely with Madonna’s Bridging Lost Gaps program, an organization connected to the national Real Life 101 non-profit organization that is committed to improving the higher education opportunities of at-risk inner-city African American males. Kevin serves as a peer mentor and leader on campus in the Detroit area and utilizes his gifts and talents as an international spoken-word artist and poet at various venues to inspire others to be part of positive change and serve humanity. Kevin also leads by example, as he develops, encourages, and builds relationships with others to enhance lives along the way.
