Lindsey Johnson, a second year student at Rose State College, is a member of the President's Leadership Class, student senator, and President of T.E.A.C.H. Club. Lindsey is passionate about children's education and providing opportunities to underprivileged students. Lindsey's dedication, hard work, resilience and determination set her apart from her peers. In the past year, Lindsey has orchestrated several projects serving underprivileged elementary age children in the community. Additionally, she has already shown remarkable ability to network with other students and the community as demonstrated by her efforts in both the Rumble into Reading event and backpack project. Not only is she a leader who finds strength in servanthood, she also has immense potential to enact and inspire change. As a community college student, Lindsey has fully embraced the vision and values of Rose State College to become an educated citizen and give back to the community. Because Lindsey has a heart for students, she believes the power of education can improve their quality of life. This conviction is her driving force to continue her education and work toward a Master's degree in Special Education.
