Bridging the academic-legislative divides: Models of policy relevant health research and Practice by the University of California

This paper calls for the strengthening of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander CBPR models that integrate health policy through legislative partnerships. Through examining three health research partnership models, this study reveals the challenges of engaging with many parties simultaneously as well as the benefits of each partnership.
