-Thomas Evans, President
I am committed to initiating change in the world. I have been fortunate enough to be blessed with the opportunity of education, to travel the world, and serve in ways I never thought I would be able to. However, my opportunity is not a reflection of privilege but rather a recognition of duty and social responsibility. I pursue education because I hold myself accountable to think critically and be a competent member of society. I travel the world because I am called to the margins of humanity in the pursuit of solidarity and community development. I serve because I know I am loved completely and unconditionally by Christ and that I have a duty to love others as I have been loved. My efforts will never come close to the amount of grace I have encountered in my life, but I am determined to continually commit myself to social justice and ethical leadership in the effort leave this world better than when I entered it.
