Keely Zimmerman, Central Methodist University
Keely Zimmerman, a sophomore at Central Methodist University, is a leader in many social-service activities and groups across campus. She is one of the founders of the school’s Kampus Kitchen, an organization that seeks to address food security issues in Central Missouri. She is a student leader in Enactus, where she co-chairs the sustainability committee, and has led projects promoting recycling and raising money to fight malaria around the world. She has also been active in campus groups that work to raise awareness around issues of violence against women and modern slavery. Keely’s enthusiasm for service grows from deep religious conviction that she is called to love of God and neighbor. Her energy is inspiring and contagious. We are excited to celebrate her service within and beyond our community.
