Julie Murray, University of Saint Francis

Julie Murray, a fourth year student at the University of Saint Francis, has served as model student leader in the areas of domestic violence and the needs of the marginalized. During the past four years she has provided support to the marginalized in local, national and global settings and provided case management/crisis intervention assistance to victims of domestic violence through her involvement with the local YWCA. Her passion for supporting individuals who live on the edges of society has been an inspiration for our students and also for those whom she has served. A leader through example and passion, her hunger for serving those who are marginalized continues to motivate others to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
