Alex Miller, Missouri State University

Alex Miller, a senior at Missouri State University, is a student leader and activist for huger issues across America. For the past three years, Alex has dedicated himself to spreading awareness around issues of hunger and involving students in meaningful interactions with the community to understand the root causes of hunger. He has planned service projects for hundreds of students, oversaw an immersion trip to Chicago, and as a service-learning student has helped market and program an event focusing on healthy communities. His passion for addressing hunger is evident to students across campus and he has been a champion for food outreach programs for Missouri State University students. His leadership at Missouri State University has paved the way for hundreds to be involved in the fight against hunger and striving for healthier communities around the world.
