Spencer White, Madison Area Technical College
Spencer White is an active member of the Madison College community who serves as the President of the Volunteer Center. He educates his peers on HIV awareness and prevention, and advocates for the rights of the homeless population living in the community. He was an active member of the Alternative Spring Break Trips to New York City to deliver meals to individuals living with HIV. He also served as a Director of the play “Bums,” recollecting firsthand accounts of life in the street.
