Hallie Greenberg, Bard College

Civic engagement is at the core of Ms. Greenberg’s experience at Bard College.  Assuming the leadership for a long-standing program at Rhinebeck Astor Home, she organizes, fundraises and directs over twenty student volunteers. Going beyond the local community, she participates in national programs in New York City and New Orleans, and confronts the challenges faced in international communities through her work with Bard’s Palestinian Youth Initiative.
