The following resources can be used as supplements to the C2C program. The program integration will look different from school to school, but the main idea here is to provide a way to train the mentors, build a community, and have available direct resources for faculty, staff, peer advocates, and C2C students.
Training Resources for Peer Advocates working with C2C Students
These videos can be used in alignment with the trainings made available by the mentor program at your school. These videos will prepare peer advocates by addressing topics of identity and self-concept in part 1; and part 2 will address topics of motivation and self regulation. All these topics are demonstrably tied to student success.
