It is an interdisciplinary field, which draws on social and clinical psychology, sociology, labor relations, anthropology, industrial engineering, and industrial psychology. We will be discussing and experiencing the theory, methods and principles of these diverse disciplines to learn about individual perceptions, values, and learning styles; group structure and dynamics; and organizational processes that occur on a daily basis within any social gathering….
