Campus Compact has been a leader in the service-learning movement since its inception. Service-learning incorporates community work into the curriculum, giving students real-world learning experiences that enhance their academic learning while providing a tangible benefit for the community. Campus Compact’s research, online tools, and other initiatives help campuses create effective service-learning programs that meet academic and service goals.
