I’m using the experience below to frame my plenary presentation at the 4th Annual Intercultural Horizons Conference: Currents in Community Development, Civic Engagement, and Intercultural Competence. In short, the intercultural competence, civic engagement, and global development literatures still have a great deal to learn from one another. But that’s my academic analysis.
