Tell us your stories about responding to Baltimore
In May, Campus Compact released a statement about how colleges and universities can respond to the events in Baltimore, Ferguson, and elsewhere around the United States. The statement included a list of recommendations and an accompanying set of resources. Since then, I have heard from several colleagues about steps their campuses have taken–or plans they have made–based on these recommendations. I would love to hear more such stories.
If your campus has taken action or made plans in response to the Campus Compact recommendations–or even without prompting from us–please share your story. Submit a comment in response to this post. Or send me an email. Tell us what you did and how it went. Or tell us what you are planning and what you are hoping to achieve. I am hoping to learn from you and to facilitate all of our learning from each other.
