Gregory Mohlke, Purdue University North Central

Greg Mohlke, a junior at Purdue University North Central (PNC) studying Elementary Education, is dedicated to serving both his school and his community. At PNC, Greg has been the secretary of the Student Government (SGA) for two years and currently serves as co-president of the Dean’s Leadership Group (DLG). In addition to his leadership roles in SGA and DLG, Greg is a member of Panther Pride, a group of dedicated students who lead campus tours and act as ambassadors for the University. His goal is to enhance the University experience for his fellow students and to foster leadership growth through community involvement. Outside of PNC, one way Greg serves his community is as a member of the local volunteer fire department. For the past six years Greg has been actively involved with teaching others about fire safety and raising funds to support fire safety initiatives. During this time, Greg has been instrumental in helping to raise over $22,000 to support these and other projects. As a third generation volunteer firefighter, Greg plans to continue this tradition while incorporating fire safety education into his professional career.
