Personal Statement

As a Newman Civic Fellow, I plan on exploring the topic of enhancing women's voices in the workplace. I am interested in finding ways to improve the way women apply for jobs, negotiate salaries, and ultimately function professionally. For my project, I would help students improve skills necessary for success at work through a variety of workshops and speakers.
